MCT ColadaT contains emulsified medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), namely caprylic and capric acids from coconut and palm oil, with a great tasting natural pineapple-coconut flavor. Its emulsification allows for unparalleled absorption, and will completely disperse when mixed into any liquid. There is a vast array of applications for this versatile product which contains 5.7g of MCTs per serving, and is sweetened with the natural polyol xylitol.
Unlike longer chain fatty acids, MCTs are quickly and easily absorbed with no need for bile salts or modification by our digestive tract. As a result, MCTs are more readily used as a source of energy, leading to an increase in metabolism and providing quick energy replenishment when needed.
