Vitamin D (as Cholecalciferol) 100 IU
Zinc (as Chelazome® Bis-Glycinate Chelate) 10 mg
Manganese (as Chelazome® Bis-Glycinate Chelate) 1 mg
Chromium (as Chelavite® Nicotinate-Glycinate Chelate) 300 mcg
Taurine 500 mg
Vanadium (as Chelavite® Nicotinate-Glycinate Chelate) 100 mcg
Other Ingredients: Microcrystaliine cellulose, cinnamon powder, vegetable stearate.

Suggested use: 1-4 capsules per day with meals.
